- Important leadership lessons that we need to share with our children
- What specific skills a successful woman leader must have?
- The top obstacles that women in leadership face
Women in Leadership
Today we are going to talk about leadership, specifically woman in leadership. I’d to pull back the HR curtain and reveal the real rules of the game. I’ve invited Kristen Pressner: Vice President and Head of Human Resources Europe, Middle East, Africa and Latin America for Roche Diagnostics – the world’s largest biotech company with over 90K employees globally.
Kristen has worked extensively in both the United States and Europe in diverse positions across all HR disciplines. Since 2012, Kristen has been responsible for HR for the largest business region of Roche: with more than 7,000 employees, spanning 4 continents, across over 150 countries.
I invited Kristen because I heard her speak on the topic of leadership at the Women In Leadership Economic Forum in Dubai and I wanted to give her a broader audience and to give you (Smart Talk nation) an opportunity to directly hear the perspective of a ‘real’ woman executive (who by the way also happens to be a mother of 4 children.
