How Kristin Ihle Molinaroli is Making the Unachievable Achievable

Avant’s President, Dr. Kristin Molinaroli joins Enterprise Radio. Avant has 30 years experience supporting Fortune 200 corporations. Kristin is also a former All-American runner who was sponsored in part by Nike.

Hear to host Eric Dye & guest Dr. Kristin Ihle Molinaroli discuss the following:

  1. Please tell us about Avant S.C., and what is your role in the company.
  2. What makes goal attainment worth discussing?
  3. What can you do to help people achieve the impossible?
  4. Have you got examples to share that could help others?
  5. What advice can you offer people who are starting a business as a business owner and former professional athlete?

Conclusion: When everyone is clamoring for goal achievement – personally, athletically, in business – pause, truly pause and break it down. Find ways to incrementally “eat the elephant” – it helps you and others stay on the path, see progress when others on the outside looking in might not.

For the past 30 years, Kristin (Ihle) Molinaroli has focused on accelerating human performance – both personally and professionally.

She was an All-American seven-time runner who was sponsored in part by Nike during her post-collegiate run career. She was a member of 7 USA team, 2 World Championship Teams and 3 other countries. Professively, she received her Ph.D. (Multicultural Psychology) and then began to consult in sports psychology for NCAA athletes and teams.

Avant president Dr. Ihle Molinaroli is committed to maximizing the talent, organizational, and team performance of Fortune 500 companies as well as startups. The firm’s core practice focuses on coaching leaders and teams toward performance excellence, assessing goodness of fit for new hires, and enabling acquisition integration.

Her insights are practical and can be applied to all aspects of life, including leadership, growth, well-being, and athletics. She blogs pragmatically, offering practical advice for the real-world.

Dr. Molinaroli established Avant’s Research and Development division to create technology-enabled products. She understood how technology, systematically applied, could transform the traditional, one-on-one (consultant-to-employee) model from a time- and budget-intensive format to one that is agile, accessible and scalable to companies of all sizes and talent at all levels. It is intended to be engaging for employees, give continuous feedback, and speed up the learning process.

Drawing on Molinaroli’s background in research and statistics, in 2017 Avant launched its first two technology products – DEAL and LUMEN.
